Where does the data come from? The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage's Irish Planning Applications feed, refreshed weekly. Every row links to the planning authority's own register record.

How is the trade tag decided? A fixed set of rules over each application's description, not a person or an AI reading each one. Every row still shows the full description so you can judge it yourself.

Can I get more than one county? Yes, each county is a separate subscription; add as many as you need at checkout.
