Every figure behind this site, in one place: median sale prices, rents and gross/net rental yields for 205 towns across 12 Leinster counties. Free to download and reuse with attribution.

CSV leinster-house-prices.csv Spreadsheet — one row per town, all metrics. Open in Excel, Sheets or Numbers. JSON API /api/towns.json Machine-readable, CORS-enabled, with per-town 4-year price history. Build on it.

What's in it

median_price — median open-market sale price, last 12 months
yoy_pct — year-on-year change in the median
new_median / secondhand_median — split by new-build vs second-hand
sales_12m — number of sales the figures are based on
median_rent, gross_yield_pct, net_yield_pct — rents and rental yields
JSON only: priceHistory — median + sale count for each of the last 4 years
