Every figure behind this site, in one place: median sale prices, RTB average rents and gross/net rental yields for 206 towns across 12 Leinster counties, each with the number of sales it rests on. Free to download and reuse with attribution.

What's in it
median_price: median open-market sale price over the 12 months to the Property Price Register date in the coverage line, new builds VAT-adjustedyoy_pct: year-on-year change in the median, a ratio of two 12-month mediansnew_median/secondhand_median: split by new-build and second-handsales_12m: number of register sales the median rests on. Under 50, treatyoy_pctas noise; under 40, treat a yield the same waymedian_rent: the RTB average monthly rent (CSO series RIQ02) for the newest quarter the RTB publishes for the town. The series is an average, not a median; the column keeps its historical name so existing downloads and scripts still workgross_yield_pct,net_yield_pct: rental yields on that rent over the median price, null where the RTB has stopped publishing the town- JSON only:
